New family member

Ok,, so, I took a couple video's to show you of the flowers in the yard, the seating area that we are creating, and the new member of the farm/family.. Reggie the goat. Reggie has been across the canal for the past year or two. Every night that I came home he called to me. Without fail, I heard his voice from across the water, beckoning attention. last week his proper owner, Mike, asked us if we would take him for a few months,,,, 4 - 6. We had already talked about how neglected Reggie was and that he wanted to be apart of our family. And so, with the Universe delivering him into our fold, we said yes. And now we have Reggie the goat. Need I say, I love him.

Monday at the beach

So I took my pugs to the beach on Monday. They love discovering new treasures hidden in the sand and breathing in the cool fresh air. Apple was busy finding new rocks, bringing them over to me to throw and she would chase them and see if she could find the rock. That is her favorite game to play. While throwing rocks for Apple and tinkering in the sand with Chucho, all of a sudden above us flew a young bald eagle or a golden eagle.... 20 feet above us. I grabbed Apple and called Chucho. Together we went to the car. The eagle flew down the beach and landed on a rock scaring off a couple of gulls. I drove down close to it and got out of the car. I walked within 30 feet of it and took a couple pics with my cell phone. It was eating a large salmon. holding on with its talons, ripping chunks of flesh and bones with its large beak. Just goes to remind me that I need to keep my camera in my car!!! argh!!!

what a funny opening experience for my blog....
So, on Tuesday at work a customer came in with a camera memory chip and asked to have it put onto a compact disc. I copied all of the disc onto a DVD (it had some photos and pics) and we gave it to her. I left early, and upon returning on Thursday, her order was sitting on my desk with a note written on it "porno :-( ? ". I talked to my co-workers and they asked me if I happened to upload some porn onto her CD. I scratched my head and stated no... hmm... no.
One of my co-workers asked her if she recognized anything on it......lol.
So with great curiosity, I opened it up to see what it was and how it got onto her CD. BAM!!! On the screen, it was... WOW.... 10 seconds or so....

I will save you the details of what it was, suffice to say, it is NOT my style of porn... err... if I was to have ever looked at porn. which I have not... of course....

Anyways. it was about 15 seconds and was the file was dated back 4 years along with some other files on her memory chip. So,,, we surmised that it belonged to her husband. She paid for the disc and left the store... We are still laughing.
